And you never see it in the bathroom light. You see it in the car mirror, or in a photo someone took on Sunday, where you look at yourself before you look at anyone else.

Why there, specifically?
The skin under your eye is about half a millimetre thick. It's the thinnest skin on your body — and it happens to be the first thing a person sees when they talk to you.
There are almost no oil glands there either, and very little between the skin and the muscle underneath. What that means is simple: everything going on beneath it shows through. On your cheek you'd never see it.
It isn't skin that ages badly. It's skin that's honest.
Eye cream was never designed to hide tiredness.
Cream is made to hold moisture, and it does that job well. But it's made for skin that has oil glands to hold on to — and the skin under your eye has almost none. That's why an ordinary face cream sits on top of it rather than in it.

How it works
On the bone, because it's the only ledge
The two small wings rest on the cheekbone just under each eye — never on the eyelid. The bone is the one part of your face that doesn't move, and that's what keeps the light in the same place at the same distance every time. Nothing to hold, nothing to aim.
Close, because light thins fast
Light gets weaker very quickly the further it has to travel. A lamp across the room and a lamp against your skin are not the same lamp. This one sits millimetres off the skin and faces down, away from the eye.
On damp skin, because dry skin resists current
The cream isn't here to do the work — it's here to let the current through. Dry skin resists a current; damp skin carries it. That's why the bit of cream is step two and not a tip. The current itself is a very light tingle; some people barely notice it, and it should never hurt.

It's deep visible red — the far end of what the eye can still see. It's why it looks the colour it does.

Will it fit my face?
It hooks over your ears like a pair of glasses and rests on the bone under your eyes. There's nothing to adjust and it fits most faces. Take your glasses off while you use it.
That sounds like a lot. Why the price?
It's a one-off cost. No refills, no appointments, no subscription going off your account every month. You get 60 days to decide, and if you don't like how your eyes look you get your money back without explaining.
I've tried a lot of things already.
Most of them were made for a different kind of skin, and most of them ask you to sit down. This one asks for ten minutes while you carry on with your evening. Whether it makes a difference for you, we don't know — which is why you get 60 days to decide.
Why use a cream with it if cream doesn't really work there?
Two different jobs. Cream isn't good at caring for that particular skin, but it is a good conductor. That's what we use it for — to let the current through. Any ordinary eye cream or gel works.
Does it work if I only use it now and then?
No, not really. It's a routine, not a button. If you know you won't do it most evenings, rather don't buy it — we'd rather say so now.
Do I have to hold it?

How often should I use it?
